After graduating with a B.A. from the University of St. Thomas with a Major in Accounting, Sean Riley has acquired over 17 years of experience in public accounting and another 5 years with privately held companies, including owning a landscape and design company; His experience outside of public accounting and working directly with small businesses has equipped him with many tools to assist clients. Developing strong relationships, communication, and trust are key factors in his success with the firm. His experience includes individual & corporate tax preparation, financial statement preparation, payroll taxes, sales taxes, start-up businesses, and web services. Sean is an active member in the MN Society of CPAs and the MN Association of Public Accountants, along with i94 Chamber of Commerce, Elk River Chamber of Commerce and Shop STMA. During his time away from work, you may find Sean walking his two Newfoundland dogs with his wife or at his hunting land in Moose Lake, MN in the fall and in the summer, traveling north for the Fourth of July! He also enjoys swimming, which his daughters also actively participate in along with other various sport activities.
